The Traffic (Taranaki County) Notice No. 1, 1969

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Taranaki County) Notice No. 1, 1969.

2. The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 40-miles-an-hour speed limit areas for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

Rock Oyster Farming Lease

Pursuant to the Rock Oyster Farming Act 1964, notice is hereby given that the Minister of Marine has granted to Benjamin Samuel Cullen, of Point Curtis, Maungaturoto, the lease of 5 acres of sea bed (lease No. 66) in the Otamatea River, at Point Curtis, in Kaipara Harbour, for the cultivation of rock oysters.
