IN the notice declaring land acquired for a Government work in the Franklin County and the Waiuku Borough and not required for that purpose to be Crown land, published on p. 291 of the New Zealand Gazette, No. 9, 20 February 1969, for the area of the second and third items in the Schedule thereto read 5 acres 0 roods 13 perches and 4 acres 3 roods 11.2 perches respectively, which is the true area of the items concerned.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Ngauranga-Basin Reserve Motorway.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 10.3 perches, situated in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., and being part Section 522 on the plan of the City of Wellington. All certificate of title, Volume 85, folio 212, Wellington Land Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for stream diversion purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of June 1969.
