Additional Land near Matata Taken for the Purposes of the East Coast Main Trunk Railway
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the East Coast Main Trunk Railway from and after the 9th day of June 1969.

As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked S.O. 43557 (L.O. 21651) deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton, and thereon coloured green, edged green.

Additional Land at Upper Hutt Taken for the Purposes of the Wellington-Napier Railway
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Wellington-Napier railway from and after the 9th day of June 1969.

Revocation of the Reservation over a Reserve, Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for plantation purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto; and, further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Raglan County Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other public reserves under the control of the Council or in or towards the purchase of other land for public reserves.

The Road Classification (Manukau City) Notice 1969
Pursuant to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1955*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
- This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Manukau City) Notice 1969.
- The Manukau City Council’s proposed classification of the roads as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.
- So much of the Warrant dated the 2nd day of August 1967† which relates to the classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.
