Member of Agricultural Chemicals Board Appointed

Pursuant to section 4 of the Agricultural Chemicals Act 1959, the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint Reginald Clifford Dunlop (on the nomination of Federated Farmers of New Zealand (Incorporated)) to be a member of the Agricultural Chemicals Board for a term expiring on the 31st day of March 1972.

Appointment of the Minister of Internal Affairs to Control and Manage a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints the Minister of Internal Affairs to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act and the Wildlife Act 1953, as a wildlife management reserve.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—WANGANUI COUNTY
All that area of land known as Lake Kohata situated in Block X, Ikitara Survey District, containing 19 acres, more or less, bounded by the 1-chain reserve adjoining Sections 396, 402, 403, and 411, left bank Wanganui River (S.O. 22590).

Declaration that a Reserve be the Longbush Domain and Appointment of Domain Board
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares the reserve for recreation described in the Schedule hereto to be a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of the said Act, to be known as the Longbush Domain; and, further, appoints Thomas Oliver Bubb, William Alasdair Cameron, John Roland Eaton, Laurence Sydney Foreman, David Antill Gawith, David Ian McLaren, Kevin Aubrey Pool, Mary Ross, and Graham Keith Seddon Scott to be the Domain Board to have control of the said domain.

Appointment of Wharves at Dunedin
Pursuant to section 28 of the Customs Act 1966, the Comptroller of Customs hereby revokes the following existing appointment of a wharf, appointed in the New Zealand Gazette, Thursday, 15 August 1968, No. 50, page 1350.
Ravensbourne Wharf, a wharf of length 384 ft, bounded on the landward side by the Ravensbourne Endowment and hereby appoints the following as wharves for the lading and unloading of goods Beach Street Wharf, a wharf extending in an easterly direction from the Cross Wharf adjoining the landward end of the George Street Pier at Port Chalmers.
Oil Jetty, a jetty extending in an easterly direction from the northern extremity of Victoria Wharf.
Roll-on Ferry Terminal, a wharf for the assembly of roll-on ferry cargo, extending in an easterly direction from land reclaimed as per M.D. 1263 of 25 August 1966.
Ravensbourne Wharf, a wharf of length 480 ft, extending in a north-easterly direction at right angles to an approach 500 ft long terminating at the Ravensbourne Endowment.
