Flight Lieutenant John Leslie Derwentwater Radcliffe, B.Sc., M.B., Ch.B., (U.N.Z.), D.Obst., R.C.O.G. (80705), is transferred from the Medical Branch, Regular Air Force, to the Reserve of Air Force Officers for a period ending 27 August 1980, with effect from 4 October 1968.
