Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work in the Stratford County and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land

Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 2nd day of June 1969.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Ashley County Council and Vesting in the Rangiora County Council

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Ashley and vests the said reserves in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Rangiora, in trust, for plantation and conservation reserve purposes.

Change of Purpose of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for scenic purposes to a reserve for recreation purposes.

Declaration That Part of the Ohope Beach Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve and Revocation of the Reservation over the Said Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that part of the Ohope Beach Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953 and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve, subject to Part II of the said Act; and, further, revokes the reservation for recreation purposes over the said reserve.
