Temporary Protection of Industry
NOTICE is hereby given that the Emergency Protection Authority has been requested to undertake an inquiry, in terms of the Tariff and Development Board Amendment Act 1967, and to report, in terms of section 10D of that Act, concerning the following goods:
Insulated wire and cable, falling within Tariff items Ex 85.23.01, Ex 85.23.03, Ex 85.23.06, Ex 85.23.07, Ex 85.23.08, Ex 85.23.09, Ex 85.23.11, and Ex 85.23.12.

Roll of Producers Qualified to Vote in the Canterbury Raspberry Marketing Committee Election (Notice No. Ag. 10424)
PURSUANT to clause 11 of the Schedule to the Canterbury Raspberry Marketing Regulations 1950, notice is hereby given that the roll of those persons qualified to vote for the election of four producers' representatives to the Canterbury Raspberry Marketing Committee will be open for inspection, during ordinary office hours, at the following places, viz., Department of Agriculture, Head Office, Wellington, Christchurch, Ashburton, and Rangiora.
The roll will be available for public inspection for a period of 7 days from 21 May 1969.
Nomination forms may be obtained on application to any of the above offices or from the Returning Officer, Department of Agriculture, Christchurch. Nominations must be in the hands of the Returning Officer not later than noon on the 17th day of June 1969.

Traffic RegulationsβExemption from Tyre Tread Depth Requirements until 1 July 1969
PURSUANT to regulation 25A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, the Secretary for Transport hereby exempts those motor vehicles to which regulation 44A, subclauses (2) and (3), apply, with respect to the tread pattern of tyres, from the requirements of those subclauses until 1 July 1969.
