PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of
Works hereby revokes the Declaration dated the 21st day of
February 1964, and published in Gazette on the 12th day of
March 1964, Volume I, at page 461, and registered as No.
588263, Wellington Land Registry, taking land for river protec-
tion purposes in so far as it affects the land described in the
Schedule hereto.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 2.8 perches situated in Block
XIII, Akatarawa Survey District, Wellington R.D., and being
part Lot 1, D.P. 4239, being part Section 118, Hutt District; as
the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
M.O.W. 23173 (S.O. 26811) deposited in the office of the
Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
