Amending a Declaration Declaring Land Taken for Street in the City of Christchurch

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby amends the Declaration published in Gazette, of 13 February 1969, No. 8, at page 224, declaring land taken for street in the City of Christchurch, by substituting the description "Part Lot 2, D.P. 9230, and part Lot 1, D.P. 9482, being part Rural Section 176" for the description "Part Lot 2, D.P. 9230, being part Rural Section 176" in respect of the land firstly described in the Schedule thereto.
