Flight Lieutenant Terence Henry Crew (77624) is granted a permanent commission in the Regular Air Force, with effect from 13 March 1969.

TERRITORIAL AIR FORCE

Extension of Commission

Flight Lieutenant Arthur Albert Sharrock (130406) is granted an extension of his commission until 8 March 1974, to be followed by 4 years in the Reserve of Air Force Officers.

Flight Lieutenant (temp.) Robert Maurice Conly (134057) to be Temporary Squadron Leader, with effect from 1 December 1968.

Extension of Commission and Age for Retirement

Flight Lieutenant Percy Henderson Stewart, D.F.M., A.R.A.N.Z. (134000), is granted a further extension of his commission and age for retirement until 30 May 1969.

Transfers

Flight Lieutenant Alistair Gordon McLean (677237) is transferred from the General Duties Branch, Regular Air Force, to the Reserve of Air Force Officers for a period ending 10 January 1973, with effect from 25 February 1969.
