PURSUANT to the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends the Order in Council, dated the 3rd day of August 1949, and published in Gazette, 4 August 1949, Volume II, page 1625, appointing five non-elective members of the Manawatu Catchment Board as amended by Order in Council, dated 12 October 1960, and published in Gazette, of 20 October 1960, at page 1646, and as amended by Order in Council, dated the 20th day of October 1965, and published in Gazette, of 21 October 1965, at page 1806, by deleting "Fields Superintendent, Department of Agriculture, Palmerston North" and substituting "Farm Advisory Officer, Department of Agriculture, Palmerston North".

PURSUANT to the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends a Warrant dated the 27th day of January 1960 and published in Gazette, 4 February 1960, at page 129 by deleting "James Percival Beggs, B.AGR.SC., Instructor in Agriculture, Department of Agriculture, Blenheim" and substituting "The officer holding office as Farm Advisory Officer, Department of Agriculture, Blenheim".

(b) Stops the said road.
