Sewerage Loan 1969, $684,000

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that at a meeting of the Taupo Borough Council held on the 28th day of April 1969 the following resolution was passed:

Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Taupo Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:

“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of $684,000, authorised to be raised by the Taupo Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of constructing the first stage of a sewage disposal system, the said Taupo Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal five nine one eight four two cents in the dollar upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Borough of Taupo, comprising the whole of the Borough of Taupo; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan, and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 25 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

Aerodrome Extension Loan 1969, $46,000

PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Stratford Borough Council resolves as follows:

“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of $46,000 authorised to be raised by the Stratford Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act as ‘The Stratford Borough Council Aerodrome Extension Loan 1969, $46,000’ for the purpose of purchasing land for extensions to the Stratford Aerodrome, the said Stratford Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of 0.1085c in the dollar on the rateable value on the basis of the unimproved value of all rateable property of the Borough of Stratford, comprising the whole of the Borough of Stratford; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of August in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 30 years or until the loan is fully paid off.”

Pinehaven Water Supply Redemption Loan 1969—$5,400

I certify that the Hutt County Council passed the following resolution at its meeting on 1 May 1969:

“Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Hutt County Council hereby resolves as follows:

“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of $5,400 authorised to be raised by the Hutt County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of repaying part of the $7,900 portion of the Pinehaven Water Supply Loan 1953—$86,000 (Issue, $38,800), the Hutt County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of .04 (decimal nought four) cents in the dollar upon the unimproved value of all rateable property in the No. 53 Special Rating Area of Heretaunga Riding of the County of Hutt; and that the special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable on 1 April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 18 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

I certify that the Hutt County Council passed the following resolution at its meeting on 1 May 1969:

“Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Hutt County Council hereby resolves as follows:

“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of $40,000 authorised to be raised by the Hutt County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of repaying part of the $49,600 portion of the Plimmerton-Paremata Water Reticulation Loan 1954—$152,000 (Issue, $51,200), the Hutt County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 1.04 (one decimal nought four) cents in the dollar upon the unimproved value of all rateable property in the No. 54 Special Rating Area of Taupo Riding of the County of Hutt; and that the special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable on 1 April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 18 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Dannevirke Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:

“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of $46,200 authorised to be raised by the Dannevirke Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of constructing flats for renting, partly to pensioners and partly to the public, the said Dannevirke Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of nought decimal point one nought two cents (0.102c) in the dollar upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the Borough of Dannevirke, and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring date during the currency of the loan, and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 25 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

The above resolution was passed at a meeting of the Dannevirke Borough Council held on the 28th day of April 1969.
