Land in the Nelson Land District Acquired as Permanent State Forest Land, Together With a Right of Way Appurtenant Thereto

NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired, under the Forests Act 1949, as permanent State forest land, together with a right of way appurtenant thereto.

SECTION 23, Block VIII, Wangapeka Survey District: area, 635 acres, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 34, folio 67 (S.O. Plan 6572).

As shown on plan No. S. 19/10 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Also Lot 2, D.P. 7352, being part Sections 68, 69, 127, and 128, Square 6, situated in Blocks IV and VIII, and Sections 3, 4, 5, 9, 10, and 11, Block IV, and Sections 6, 14, and 15, Block VIII, Wangapeka Survey District, together with a right of way over the part Lot 1, D.P. 6534, coloured yellow on D.P. 6534, as created by memorandum of transfer No. 89508: area, 1,631 acres 34 perches, more or less. NOTICE is hereby given that applications for temporary protection, in terms of the Tariff and Development Board Amendment Act 1967, as published in the New Zealand Gazette of 13 February 1969, No 8, p. 239, and 27 March 1969, No 17, p. 588, for the following goods have been withdrawn:
