SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS

  1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

  2. The term of the licence shall be 2 years from the 1st day of May 1969.

  3. The annual sum payable by the licensee shall be twenty dollars ($20).

The Traffic (60-miles-an-hour) Notice No. 1, 1969

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.


NOTICE

THIS notice may be cited as the Traffic (60-miles-an-hour) Notice No. 1, 1969.

The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 60-miles-an-hour speed limit areas for the purposes of regulation 27B of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.


SCHEDULE

No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff):

The Auckland-Waiwera Motorway Section (from Northcote Road to the Onepoto Stream Bridge and including the interchange ramps to and from the intersection of Gordon Road - Sylvan Avenue and the interchange ramps to and from the intersection of Esmond Road and Barrys Point Road).

The Auckland-Hamilton Motorway Section (from the southern abutment of the Khyber Pass Viaduct to the No. 22 State Highway (Runciman - Te Uku) and including all interchange ramps).

The Wellington-Foxton Motorway Section (from a point 14 chains measured southerly generally along the said State highway from Arawhata Street Porirua to a point 25 chains measured northerly generally along the said highway from the bridge over the south-bound off-ramp at Johnsonville and including the one-way ramps of the Tawa interchange).

The section known as the Christchurch Northern Motorway (from a point 5 chains measured southerly generally along the said highway from Neeves Road south of Kaiapoi to a point 5 chains measured northerly generally along the said highway from Dickeys Road at Belfast and including the interchange ramps to and from the intersection of Tram Road and the south-bound off-ramp south of the Waimakariri Motorway Bridges).

The section in Taieri County (from a point 46 chains measured northerly generally along the said highway from the Taieri River Bridge at Otokia to a point 6 chains measured southerly generally along the said highway from the Waipori River Bridge).

No. 2 State Highway (Pokeno-Wellington-via Gisborne):

The section in Waipawa County and Dannevirke County (from Maharaeke Road to Otawhao Road);

The section in Featherston County (from the eastern boundary of Featherston Borough to the south-western boundary of Greytown Borough);

The section in Masterton County (from the northern boundary of Masterton Borough to a point 32 chains measured southerly generally along the said highway from Kiriwhakapapa Road).

No. 16 State Highway (Auckland-Wellsford):

The Auckland-Whenuapai Motorway Section (from the Great North Road to a point 20 chains measured southerly generally along the said highway from Hobsonville Road, and including all interchange ramps).

The Traffic (Whangarei County) Notice No. 1, 1969

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.


NOTICE

THIS notice may be cited as the Traffic (Whangarei County) Notice No. 1, 1969.

The road specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a 40-miles-an-hour speed limit area for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

The Warrant under section 36 of the Transport Act 1949, dated the 10th day of April 1958†, which relates to Whangarei County, at Kamo Springs Flat, is hereby revoked.


SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Whangarei County, at Kamo Springs Flat:

No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff) (from the northern boundary of Whangarei City to a point 72 chains measured northerly generally along the said State highway from the said boundary).

The Traffic (Porirua City) Notice No. 1, 1969

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.


NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Porirua City) Notice No. 1, 1969.

The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 40-miles-an-hour speed limit areas for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

The Warrants under section 36 of the Transport Act 1949 and section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, dated the 6th day of December 1962† and the 21st day of January 1966‡, which relate to Porirua Borough and Porirua City, are hereby revoked.


FIRST SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Porirua City.

No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff).

Porirua - Titahi Bay Road (from Lyttelton Avenue to Kahutea Terrace).


SECOND SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Porirua City.

No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff) (from Mepham Place to a point 14 chains measured southerly generally along the said State highway from Arawhata Street).

Kenepuru Drive (from the southern boundary of Porirua City to a point 12 chains measured southerly generally along the said drive from the main entrance to the Porirua Mental Hospital).
