PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by the New Zealand Insurance Co. Ltd. under and by virtue of renewable lease No. 1842, certificate of title, Volume 607, folio 185, South Auckland Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road from and after the 12th day of May 1969.
