PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby revokes the notice dated 4 May 1967 and published in Gazette, 8 June 1967, No. 36, p. 997, setting apart Crown land for the development of water power (Benmore power scheme) in Blocks IV and V, Benmore Survey District, in so far as it affects the piece of Crown land thirdly described in the Schedule thereto.

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and the leasehold estate in the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Aviemore Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Dunedin, under and by virtue of pastoral lease No. P. 112, register book, Volume 338, folio 135, Otago Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road from and after the 12th day of May 1969.
