Appointment of Pharmacy Authority

PURSUANT to section 6 of the Pharmacy Amendment Act 1954, the Minister of Health hereby appoints

as the Pharmacy Authority.

The previous notice dated 14 September 1967 appointing

Wilfred Fosberrey Stillwell, Esquire, M.C.

Pharmacy Authority for the period ending 30 September 1970 is hereby revoked.

Appointing a Member of the Engineers Registration Board

WHEREAS, by a Warrant dated the 10th day of April 1967, Arthur James Dickson, civil engineer, of Auckland, was appointed a member of the Engineers Registration Board; and whereas the said Arthur James Dickson has resigned his office as a member of such board: now, therefore, pursuant to section 3 of the Engineers Registration Act 1924, I do hereby appoint

George Samuel Beca, civil engineer, of Auckland

to be a member of the Engineers Registration Board for the balance of the term for which the said Arthur James Dickson was appointed.

Reservation of Land and Appointment of the Minister of Internal Affairs to Control and Manage

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for wildlife management purposes.

Pursuant to section 21 of the Reserves and Domains Act, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints the Minister of Internal Affairs to control and manage the said reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act and the Wildlife Act 1953.
