Approval of Red Reflectors for Motor Vehicles (Other Than Heavy Goods Service Vehicles) in Terms of the Traffic Regulations 1956

PURSUANT to regulation 49 (1) of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, the Secretary for Transport hereby approves, for the purposes of regulation 41 (2) of the said regulations, red reflectors of the make and type described in the Schedule hereto.
———
SCHEDULE
TAIL lamp assemblies incorporating reflex red reflectors marked “Holden S10A” on each decorative outer lens and “Holden R10A” on each reflective inner lens.
Tail lamp assemblies incorporating reflex red reflectors marked “Holden B10” on each lens assembly just outboard of the reflex area.

- (a) This notice may be cited as the Controlled (Non-resident) Accounts Notice 1968, Amendment No. 7, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Controlled (Non-resident) Accounts Notice 1968* (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice).
(b) This notice shall come into force on the 24th day of April 1969.
- The Third Schedule of the principal notice is hereby amended by inserting the following name:
