Reservation of Land and Declaration That Land be Part of the Mount Smart (Rarotonga) Domain
Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for recreation purposes; and, further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve to be a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of the last-mentioned Act, to form part of the Mount Smart (Rarotonga) Domain, to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—MOUNT SMART (RAROTONGA) DOMAIN—ONE TREE HILL BOROUGH
Lot 4, D.P. 18025, being part Allotment 3 of Section 17, Suburbs of Auckland, situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District: area, 32 perches, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 413, folio 141.

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Raglan County Council
Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for recreation purposes; and, further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Raglan, in trust, for that purpose.

Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 10) 1969
Pursuant to regulation 16 of the Import Control Regulations 1964*, the Minister of Customs hereby gives notice as follows:
-
(a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 10) 1969.
(b) This notice shall come into effect on 1 July 1969. -
Goods of the classes specified and for the purposes of the Customs Tariff falling within the Tariff items in the First Schedule hereto, imported from and being the produce or manufacture of any country, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations.

The Road Classification (Matamata County) Notice 1969
Pursuant to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1955*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Matamata County) Notice 1969.

The Matamata County Council’s proposed classification of the road as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.
-
So much of the Warrant dated the 1st day of June 1950† which relates to the classification of the road described in the Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.
