PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto.

GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT

ALL that portion of road containing 1.1 perches situated in Block XII, Ngatapa Survey District, Gisborne R.D., and adjoining or passing through part Lot 2, D.P. 1128, part Wharekopae No. 1A Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 23104 (S.O. 5891) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
