PURSUANT to section 26 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and section 16 of the Counties Act 1956, the Secretary for Internal Affairs hereby defines, as set out in the Schedule hereto, the boundaries of the Borough of Mosgiel, the County of Taieri, and the Maungatua, North Taieri, and East Taieri Ridings of the County of Taieri; the boundaries having previously been altered by Order in Council on 26 March 1962, published in Gazette, 29 March 1962, No. 20, p. 506, on 30 November 1966, published in Gazette, 1 December 1966, No. 74, p. 1990, on 14 December 1966, published in Gazette, 15 December 1966, No. 78, p. 2077, on 12 July 1967, published in Gazette, 13 July 1967, No. 44, p. 1195, and on 12 August 1968, published in Gazette, 15 August 1968, No. 50, p. 1345.
