at page 1288, declaring land acquired for a Government work
in the Borough of Ashburton and not required for that
purpose to be Crown land, in so far as it affects the land
containing 2.3 perches, 2 roods, 20 perches, 1 rood 8 perches,
1 acre 1 rood, and 3 roods 21.9 perches, being the first six
areas described in the Schedule thereto.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Auckland City Council
and Revocation of the Reservation over Part of a Reserve
