A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of April 1969.

Declaring Land in a Roadway Laid out in Block IX, Rotoma Survey District, Rotorua County, to be Road

ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 22nd day of December 1959, to be road.

ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods 37 perches situated in Block IX, Rotoma Survey District, Rotorua County, being part Tautara No. 22, Section 2A; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 23099 (M.L. 18408) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Allocating Railway Land to the Purposes of a Road in Block II, Hunua Survey District, Manunui Town District

ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto (which was taken for railway purposes and is not now required for that purpose) shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become road; and that such road shall be maintained by the National Roads Board in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Board.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 24 perches situated in Block II, Hunua Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part railway land; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 23044 (S.O. 27479) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Declaring Land in the Taranaki Land District, Vested in the Wanganui Education Board as a Site for a School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Wanganui Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

This Proclamation is in substitution for a Proclamation dated 15 January 1969, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 23 January 1969, at page 77, and that Proclamation is hereby accordingly revoked.
