CORRIGENDUM
In the declaration dated the 1st day of August 1968 and
published in Gazette, 26 September 1968, No. 59, p. 1648,
declaring land taken for road and for better utilisation in
Blocks IV and VIII, Drury Survey District, Franklin County,
for the word "Opahake", which appears in the First and
Second Schedules thereto, read "Opaheke", which last-
mentioned description appears in the declaration signed by the
Minister of Works.

CORRIGENDUM
In the Proclamation dated the 18th day of March 1969 and
published in Gazette, 20 March 1969, No. 16, p. 511, declaring
land used as a roadway in Block XIV, Mount Robinson Survey
District, Horowhenua County, to be road, for the plan number
"M.O.W. 23044", which appears in the Schedule thereto, read
"M.O.W. 23004", which last-mentioned description appears in
the Proclamation signed by His Excellency the Governor-
General.

Land Taken for Soil Conservation and River Control
Purposes in Block IV, Orahiri Survey District, and Block I,
Mangaorongo Survey District, Otorohanga County

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie
Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for soil conservation and
river control purposes; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of
April 1969.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 22294 (S.O. 44049) deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
as above-mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this
16th day of April 1969.
