RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

Fairfield County Town Drainage Renewal Loan 1969, of
$33,000

PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Taieri
County Council hereby resolves as follows:

That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a
loan of $33,000, authorised to be raised by the Taieri County
Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of
repaying on maturity that portion of the Fairfield County Town
Drainage Loan 1962, of $124,000, which matures on 13 May
1969, the said Taieri County Council hereby makes a special
rate of 0.605c in the dollar ($) upon the rateable value of all
rateable property of the Fairfield County Town, comprising
the whole of the Fairfield County Town; and that the special
rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of
the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of August in
each and every year during the currency of the loan, being
a period of 10 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

I hereby certify that the above is a true and correct copy
of the resolution passed by the Taieri County Council on
Friday, 28 March 1969.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

Waldronville County Town Drainage Renewal Loan 1969,
of $7,000

PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Taieri
County Council hereby resolves as follows:

That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a
loan of $7,000, authorised to be raised by the Taieri County
Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of
repaying on maturity that portion of the Waldronville County
Town Drainage Loan 1962, of $40,000, which matures on
13 May 1969, the said Taieri County Council hereby makes a
special rate of 0.485c in the dollar ($) upon the rateable
value of all rateable property of the Waldronville County
Town, comprising the whole of the Waldronville County
Town; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring
rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly
on the 1st day of August in each and every year during the
currency of the loan, being a period of 10 years, or until the
loan is fully paid off.

BRUCE COUNTY COUNCIL

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

Rural Housing Loan No. 6, 1968―$20,000

PURSUANT to section 47 of the Local Authorities Loans Act
1956, the Bruce County Council hereby resolves:

"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on
a loan of $20,000 authorised to be raised by the Bruce County
Council under the Rural Housing Act 1939 for the purpose
of making advances to farmers, the Council hereby makes a
special rate of 0.0044c in the dollar upon all rateable property
within the whole of the County of Bruce; and that the rate

shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of the
loan and be payable half-yearly on the 1st day of April and
the 1st day of October in each and every half-year during
the currency of the loan, being a period of 30 years, or until
the loan is fully paid off."
