Declaring Land and Easements over Land Taken for a Mental Hospital in Blocks III, IV, and XII, Waikouaiti Survey District

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in hospital; and that an easement is hereby taken for a mental the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a mental hospital over the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen the free and full right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, cleanse, repair, and maintain a line of pipes along, over, or under the land described in the said Third Schedule hereto, and to convey water through the said pipes, the aforesaid easement to be held appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and that this declaration shall take effect on and after the 21st day of April 1969.
