Declaration That Land is a Public Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Birkenhead Borough Council on the 12th day of July 1967:

That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 13 of the Reserves and Domains Act 1952, the Birkenhead Borough Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the said Borough in fee simple, and described in the Schedule hereto shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be, a public reserve for the purpose of a public library within the meaning of the said Act.
