Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for better utilisation from and after the 14th day of April 1969.

Declaring Land Taken for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes and to be Crown Land in Block VI, Waihou Survey District, Hauraki Plains County

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares (a) that a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for soil conservation and river control purposes from and after the 14th day of April 1969; and (b) further declares the land described in the said Schedule to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 14th day of April 1969.

Declaring a Right of Way Easement over Land Taken for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes in Blocks XI and XV, Waihou Survey District, Hauraki Plains County

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, a right of way easement is hereby taken for soil conservation and river control purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen full and free liberty, right, licence, and authority in perpetuity to construct and use a right of way, with the right for Her Majesty’s servants to go, pass, and repass, with or without horses or other animals or vehicles, over the said land and to maintain, repair, and to keep open the said right of way, from and after the 14th day of April 1969.

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Christchurch by the New Zealand National Airways Corporation under and by virtue of memorandum of lease No. 311479, Canterbury Land Registry, is hereby taken for police purposes (residence) from and after the 14th day of April 1969.
