Amending a Declaration Declaring Land Taken for Better Utilisation in the City of Wellington

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby amends the declaration dated the 13th day of August 1968, published in Gazette, 19 September 1968, No. 58, p. 1609, taking land for better utilisation in the City of Wellington, by deleting therefrom the area of 9.91 perches first described in the Schedule thereto and substituting in lieu thereof the area of land described in the Schedule hereto.
