PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 27th day of January 1969.

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 27th day of January 1969.

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for quarry purposes; and, further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Otamatea, in trust, for that purpose.

Kaitaia Drainage Area—Penalty on Overdue Rates
PURSUANT to section 76 of the Rating Act 1925 and the Swamp Drainage Act 1915 and its amendments, the ratepayers within the Kaitaia Drainage Area are all hereby notified that 10 percent additional will be added to rates for the year ending 31 March 1969, not paid on or before 17 March 1969. Rates may be paid at any money-order office or to the Collector of Rates, Lands and Survey Department, P.O. Box 2206, Auckland 1, or at the office of the Lands and Survey Department, Melba Street, Kaitaia.

Maori Land Development Notice
WHEREAS by virtue of the notices described in the First Schedule hereto the lands referred to in those notices were declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas the area of certain of those lands has been altered by survey; and whereas it is desired to replace the notices aforesaid by a further notice showing the areas of the said lands as disclosed by survey:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows.

This notice may be cited as the Maori Land Development Notice Hamilton 1969, No. 1.

The land described in the Second Schedule is hereby declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.
