HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 11 of the Housing Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the street described in the First Schedule hereto and the accessway described in the Second Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Oamaru, and be under the control and management of the Oamaru Borough Council.

GENERAL DUTIES BRANCH

Appointment

Officer Cadet Ross Nolan Masters (82021) is granted a short-service commission in the General Duties Branch, Regular Air Force, for a period ending 28 March 1980, to be followed by 4 years in the Reserve of Air Force Officers. He is appointed in the rank of Acting Pilot Officer, with effect from 29 March 1968.

Promotions

Flight Lieutenant (temp.) Alistair Richard Mills (80863) to be Flight Lieutenant, with seniority from 20 November 1967, with effect from 1 August 1968.

The under-mentioned Flying Officers to be Flight Lieutenants, with seniority and effect from the dates shown:
