Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—ROTORUA CONSERVANCY
ROTORUA CITY
SECTION 47, Block I, Tarawera Survey District: area, 14.0 perches, more or less (S.O. Plan 43352).
As shown on plan No. N. 76/5 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 20th day of December 1968.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Taranaki Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

Also Section 1, Block XIII, Longwood Survey District: area, 218 acres 1 rood 37 perches, more or less; S.O. Plan 4431L.
As shown on the plan marked S. 175/1 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
