Every person affected is hereby called upon to set forth, in writing, any objection he may wish to make to the execution of such work or to the taking of such land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, and to send such written objection to the Waipa County Council, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice. A public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

RANGITIKEI COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ROAD
NOTICE is hereby given that the Rangitikei County Council proposes, under the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public work, namely, the construction of a road; and, for the purposes of that public work, the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken.
And notice is hereby further given that the plan showing the land so required to be taken is deposited in the offices of Messrs Evans, Easter, Harris, and Goodman, Solicitors, 335 Wellington Road, Marton, and is there open for inspection, without fee, during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have any objection to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land, not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth the same, in writing, and send the written objection, within 40 days of the first publication of this notice, to Messrs Evans, Easter, Harris, and Goodman at the above address.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATES
Bulk Water Supply Loan No. 19, 1968, $1,250,000βFirst Issue, $50,000
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 and the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963, the Auckland Regional Authority has resolved to the following effect:
That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of $50,000 authorised to be raised under the above-mentioned Acts for the purposes of and incidental to the continued development of the Hunua Catchments, the Auckland Regional Authority hereby makes a special rate of the several amounts in the dollar set out in the fourth column of the Schedule attached hereto on the rateable values set against such amounts respectively in the third column of such Schedule of all rateable property of the local authorities listed in the first column of such Schedule and set out against such amounts and rateable values respectively; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan, which shall be 35 years from 15 January 1969.

Reserves Loan No. 4, 1968, $76,600
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 and the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963, the Auckland Regional Authority has resolved to the following effect:
That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of $76,600 authorised to be raised under the above-mentioned Acts for the purposes of and incidental to the developing of regional reserves, the Auckland Regional Authority hereby makes a special rate of the several amounts in the dollar set out in the fourth column of the Schedule attached hereto on the rateable values set against such amounts respectively in the third column of such Schedule of all rateable property of the local authorities listed in the first column of such Schedule and set out against such amounts and rateable values respectively; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan, which shall, at the lender's option, be for periods of 6, 10, and 20 years from 24 March 1969 or until the loan is fully paid off.
