Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints Raymond Alfred Stewart Aberhart, Allan Arthur Brown, Charles Ernest Henderson, Richard Gordon Duff Little, Reginald Pilcher Ralfe, Frank Kenneth Robb, Peter Duncan Tait, Bernard Lloyd Wells, and Henry Robert Yuill to be the Mapua Domain Board to have control of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a public domain.
