Maori Land Development Notice

WHEREAS by virtue of the notices described in the First
Schedule hereto the lands referred to in these notices were
declared to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the
Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas certain of the land was
partitioned by a subsequent order of the Maori Land Court
and parts were released from the provisions of the said Part
XXIV; and whereas it is desired to replace the notices afore-
said by a further notice referring to the land still subject to
Part XXIV under the current appellation:

Now therefore, pursuant to section 330 of the Maori
Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives
notice as follows.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Maori Land Development
   Notice Hamilton 1969, No. 25.

2. The land described in the Second Schedule is hereby
   declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs
   Act 1953.

3. This notice is issued in replacement of the notices referred
   to in the First Schedule, which are hereby revoked.
