Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed and Vested, Road Closed and Added to Public Reserve, and Land Taken in Blocks I and V, Poerua Survey District, and Block VIII, Whataroa Survey District, Westland County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; also hereby proclaims as closed the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto; also hereby declares that the portions of road firstly, secondly, thirdly, and fourthly described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, be incorporated in the leasehold estate held by Wyatt Farm Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Hokitika, under and by virtue of lease in perpetuity No. 373 recorded in Register 1c, folio 1307, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 30382 (Westland Land Registry); also hereby declares that the portions of road fifthly, sixthly, and seventhly described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Wyatt Farm Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Hokitika, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 30382 (Westland Land Registry); also hereby declares that the portion of road eighthly described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, be added to the public reserve described in the Fourth Schedule hereto; and also hereby takes the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29.
