PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto; also hereby takes the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29; and, also, declares that the road described in the said Second Schedule, when closed, and the land described in the said Third Schedule, when taken, shall vest in Duncan Wilson Paterson, of Tarata, farmer, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 98729, 98730, and 98731, Taranaki Land Registry.
