The date proposed for the hearing of the application by
the Court is the 30th day of April 1969, and the hearing
will take place at the Supreme Court at Wellington at 10 a.m.
Any person desiring to oppose the scheme must give written
notice of his intention to do so to the Registrar, Supreme
Court, Masterton; to the trustees of the Martinborough Com-
bined Interhouse Team’s Queen Carnival Fund, care of
Messrs Gawith, Neild, and Laing, Solicitors, Jellicoe Street,
Martinborough; and to the Attorney-General, Crown Law
Office, Wellington, not less than 7 clear days before the
above-mentioned date of hearing.
PARTICULARS OF SCHEME
THAT the funds held by the trustees of the Martinborough
Combined Interhouse Team's Queen Carnival Fund be applied
so that
(a) all reasonable expenses of and incidental to preparing
perusing and advertising this scheme, including the
costs of the Attorney-General, be paid out of the
fund;
(b) the balance of the fund be distributed equally among
the following organisations for the purposes stated:
(i) The Martinborough Home and School Association
for the purpose of effecting improvements to
the assembly hall at the Martinborough School.
(ii) The Martinborough Amateur Swimming and
Life Saving Club for the general purposes of the
said Club.
(iii) The New Zealand Marching Association for
the promotion and general benefit of marching in
Martinborough or within the district of the Wai-
rapa Centre, as the executive of the said Association
in its sole discretion shall determine.

NOTICE OF PROHIBITION
In the matter of the Rotoaira Trout Fishing Regulations 1959,
notice is hereby given, pursuant to regulation 30 of the above
regulations, that the trustees of Lake Rotoaira prohibit the
fishing for trout in that portion of the Poutu Stream as is
under the control of the said trustees for the period 1 June
to 30 November in each year, such prohibition to take effect
on the day following the date of publication of this notice.
