Maori Land Development Notice
WHEREAS by virtue of the Horohoro Development Lands Notice 1969 certain notices under Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 are revoked:
Now, therefore, in partial replacement of such notices, the Board of Maori Affairs, acting pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, hereby gives notice as follows.
NOTICE
- This notice may be cited as the Maori Land Development Notice Rotorua 1969, No. 39.
- The land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

ALL that piece of land described as follows:

NOTICE is given that, pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a meeting place, to be named Rereahu Pa, for the common use of the Ngati-Rereahu subtribe.

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation
NOTICE is given that, pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation, for the purpose of a burial ground for the common use and benefit of the Ngati Hinekura and Ngati Hinerangi peoples.
