Revocation of the Vesting of Control and Change of the Purpose of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the vesting of control in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Rotorua, and changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for water-supply purposes to a reserve for acclimatisation purposes.
