Road Closed and Vested in Blocks XV and XIX, Clutha Survey District

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto; and declares that the road first to fifthly described in the said Schedule shall vest in the Trustees Executors and Agency Co. of New Zealand Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Dunedin, as to a half share, and in Peter Siddins Gardner as to a quarter share and in Eric Clyde Gardner as to a quarter share, both of Romahapa, farmers, as tenants-in-common in the said shares, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 270292, Otago Land Registry, and subject as to the half share mentioned above to memorandum of mortgage No. 235771, Otago Land Registry, and that the road seventhly and eighthly described in the said Schedule shall vest in James Algie Gawn, of Romahapa, farmer.
