Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed and Vested in Block VII, Mawheranui Survey District, Grey County

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaims that the portion of road described in the Second Schedule hereto is closed and shall be incorporated in the leasehold estate held by William McLaughlin, of Red Jacks, farmer, under and by virtue of Crown renewable lease No. 401, recorded in register 1c, folio 1038, Westland Land Registry.

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; also hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, and declares that the road first and secondly described in the said Second Schedule shall be incorporated in renewable lease No. R.L.F. 510, recorded in register book, Volume 369, folio 57, Otago Land Registry, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. 318341, Otago Land Registry, and that the road thirdly described in the said Second Schedule shall vest in James Mackenzie Craig, of Puketi, farmer, and Alexander John Paisley of Waitati, farmer, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 316173 and 264347, Otago Land Registry, and that the road fourthly and fifthly described in the said Second Schedule shall be incorporated in renewable lease No. F/S 49/5, recorded in register book, Volume 348, folio 166, Otago Land Registry, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 300789, 302719, and 302720 and to electricity agreement 305135, Otago Land Registry; and also hereby resumes the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purpose of subsection (6) of the said section 29 and declares that the land described in the said Third Schedule shall be incorporated in renewable lease No. F/S 49/5, recorded in register book, Volume 348, folio 166, Otago Land Registry, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 300789, 302719, and 302720 and to electricity agreement 305135, Otago Land Registry.

Declaring Land Taken for Street in the City of Manukau
