Appointment of the Minister of Internal Affairs to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints the Minister of Internal Affairs to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for acclimatisation purposes; and, further, declares that the said reserve shall, in addition to being subject to the provisions of the said Act, be subject to the provisions of the Wildlife Act 1953.
