Revoking a Proclamation Setting Apart Crown Land for the\n Purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935\n \n ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General\n A PROCLAMATION\n PURSUANT to section 2 (2) of the Maori Housing Amendment\n Act 1938, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-\n General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation,\n dated 11 April 1967, and published in Gazette, 20 April 1967,\n No. 25, p. 701, setting apart the land described in the Schedule\n hereto, for the purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935.\n \n SCHEDULE\n SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT\n A. R. P.\n Being\n 0 1 27.3 Lot 18, D.P. S. 3982, part Allotment 42, Parish\n of Tamahere, Block III, Hamilton Survey District,\n being all the land in certificate of title,\n Volume 1489, folio 74, South Auckland Registry.\n Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-\n General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this\n 26th day of February 1969.\n [L.S.]\n J.
