NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE EASEMENT OVER LAND
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Taupo Borough Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take for electrical works (namely, the construction of a transmission line) an easement over the land described in the Schedule hereto. A plan showing the land over which the easement is proposed to be taken is available for public inspection at the office of the Taupo Borough Council, Story Place, Taupo, during 40 days from the date of first publication of this notice. All persons affected by the taking of the easement and having objections thereto are hereby called upon to set forth their objections, in writing, and send the same to the office of the Taupo Borough Council on or before the 8th day of April 1969.

1. That part of Tauhara Middle 4A 2B 2A containing an area of 516 acres 1 rood 17 perches, situated in Block VII, Tauhara Survey District; as is shown, coloured red, on Taupo Borough Council Plan No. 315A.
