PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the
Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council, hereby authorises Dunedin City
Council to reclaim from Anderson’s Bay Inlet, Otago Harbour,
an area of 29.3 perches, as shown, edged in red, on
plan M.D. 13292 deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, being Otago Harbour Board endowment
land required for street.

area of 4 acres and 30 perches, being endowment land, and
shown on S.O. Plan 7716, now numbered M.D. 13296 and
deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington.

Promotion Act 1960, His Excellency the Governor-General,
acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

  1. This order may be cited as the Intellectually Handicapped
    Children’s Society (Incorporated), Gisborne - East Coast
    Branch, Order 1969.

  2. The Intellectually Handicapped Children’s Society (Incorporated), Gisborne - East Coast Branch, an organisation
    approved by the Minister of Labour under section 3 of the
    Disabled Persons Employment Promotion Act 1960, is hereby
    granted exemption in respect of the sheltered workshop at
    Disraeli Street, Gisborne, from:

(a) All the provisions of every award and industrial agreement which would otherwise be applicable in respect
of persons employed in that workshop; and

(b) Section 34 of the Factories Act 1946 and all the provisions of the Annual Holidays Act 1944 and the
Minimum Wage Act 1945.
