NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP

RAYMOND Francis Dillon and John Christen Gooch hitherto practising as barristers and solicitors in partnership with Brian Kenneth Burton, at Tauranga and Mount Maunganui, under the firm name Murray, Dillon, Gooch and Burton, hereby give notice that, on and from the 9th day of December 1968, the said partnership has been dissolved. Messrs Dillon and Gooch will continue to practise at Tauranga and Mount Maunganui, under the firm name Murray, Dillon and Gooch.

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 24th day of October 1968, presented to the said Court by Guardian Industrial & Motor Finance Company Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland, finance company. And that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Hamilton on the 14th day of March 1969, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

Public notice is hereby given by the Otorohanga County Council that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take for road the portions of land described in the First Schedule hereto, and to take for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road the portions of land described in the Second Schedule hereto. And notice is hereby further given that a plan showing the said pieces of land is on view and open for inspection at the office of the Council at the address set out below; and that every person affected by the taking of the said pieces of land should set forth, in writing any objection he may wish to make, not being an objection to the amount of compensation payable, and send the written objection, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the County Clerk, Otorohanga County Council, Council Chambers, Maniapoto Street, Otorohanga.

TAURANGA COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ROAD AND TO STOP ROAD

Notice is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public work, namely, the construction of a road; and, for the purposes of that public work, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is required to be taken and the portions of the road described in the Second Schedule hereto are required to be stopped. And notice is further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken and the portions of the road required to be stopped is deposited in the office of the Tauranga County Council, Barke’s Corner, Cameron Road, Tauranga, and is there open for inspection; that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land or the stopping of the said portions of road should, if they have any objections to the execution of the said public work or the taking of the said land or the stopping of the said portions of road, not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth the same, in writing, and send the written objection within 40 days of the first publication of this notice, to the Tauranga County Council at Tauranga; and that, if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the Council meeting at which the hearing will be held.
