Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1954—Cancellation of Registration of Industrial Union

PURSUANT to section 85 of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1954, it is hereby notified that the registration of the Wellington and Taranaki Soap, Candle Tannery and Related Trades Industrial Union of Workers, Registered No. 1908, situated at 126 Vivian Street, Trades Hall, Wellington, is hereby cancelled as from the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette.

The Standards Act 1965—Draft New Zealand Standard Specification

PURSUANT to subsection (3) of section 23 of the Standards Act 1965, notice is hereby given that the following draft New Zealand standard specification is being circulated:

All persons who may be affected by this specification and who desire to comment thereon may, on application, obtain copies on loan from the Standards Association of New Zealand, Private Bag, Wellington.

The closing date for the receipt of comment is 21 February 1969.
