Declaring Land Taken for Road and a Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for the Purposes of a Road in Blocks II, III, and VI, Ohura Survey District, Taumarunui County
PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and the leasehold estate in the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Murray James Henry Swanson, of Niho Niho, farmer, and Mary Margaret Patricia Swanson, his wife, under and by virtue of lease in perpetuity, Volume 61, folio 139, Taranaki Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road from and after the 20th day of January 1969.
