Declaring a Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for a Ministerial Residence in the City of Wellington

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from the Wellington Hospital Board by Thomas McKenzie Pacey, of Wellington, company secretary, under and by virtue of lease No. 26874, Wellington Land Registry, is hereby taken, subject to the condition as to building line contained in Order in Council No. 1700, Wellington Land Registry, for a ministerial residence from and after the 20th day of January 1969.
